CFX Willowbrook, under new ownership, offers affordable membership options with no minimum commitment. Members can add family and friends for as little as $11/month. The gym provides personal training and small group classes, as well as complimentary hydromassage and towel service. Open 24/7/365, the clean and friendly atmosphere is perfect for morning workouts, though it may become overcrowded at night with an influx of younger people. Customers praise the great customer service, friendly staff, and well-maintained equipment. Despite having to cancel their membership due to unforeseen circumstances, the positive experience at CFX Willowbrook left a lasting impression.
I have worked out here for 4-5 years now and never had a problem. The only problem I see are the people that complain and don’t understand that this gym is a 24/7 facility and can’t wrap their heads around that fact.
We expect this gym to be clean 24/7 as if we are not the problem. Maybe if people picked up after themself, didn’t leave trash everywhere, didn’t leave toilet paper on the ground, didn’t leave spray bottles and towels everywhere, put back weights and other items to where they belong and didn’t spit gum and pouches everywhere, maybe this gym would be better and cleaner but instead we chose to complain.
