I've been going to Monday meditation since March. At first I was confused on the way the meditation is ran. There's movement, chanting, astrological knowledge and just not your typical sit and breathe meditation. But let me tell you, I'm so happy to have found this practice. This is the most love giving heart filling energy moving practice I have the honor to be a part of. Forever grateful for Gina and her work. Thank you very much. AHAVA!

Picture this: you're stressed from work, life, relationships, the healing journey.... You call up Inspiritus Alchemy and ask to see Gina for both your hair and a meditation. You walk into this magical fairy-like cottage scene, you're transported into the magical realm of self love and self care. The good vibes send chills up and down your spine as Gina greets you with her bubbly, warm and welcoming smile and directs to you the salon chair. She asks you what you'd like done and how you're doing. You're already feeling relaxed a little bit more than you were when you walked in. Gina works her reiki magic while shampooing and cutting your hair. "Aaaahhhh, relaxing" you say. You get to unwind, talk, vent, and/or just dive into 'salon talk'. When you're done with your hair service, you feel like a magnificent and empowered being that walks this Earth with love and light! All from a hair cut, can you believe it?! Then, you and Gina walk upstairs to the meditation loft. Upon walking into the room, you set your intentions. You then are shown a meditation pillow where you will have your mind relaxed even more. You drift off into your own healing world during your meditation. You gain the clarity, peace, and healing that you need for where you're at. Gina again greets you with her soothing and full heart after you blink your eyes open. Relaxation. Peace. Clarity. My question for you is, what are you waiting for? My experience: magical. Gina transmuted the stress and frustrations that I was feeling when I sat in her salon chair. She gives the best scalp massages when shampooing! Seriously. Each time I have gotten my hair cut from her, she has nailed it on the head every time and I feel so beautiful and full of confidence when I leave her salon. The salon itself is very clean, organized, colorful, peaceful. It is set in a fairy cottage-like scene in Willow Springs. The upstairs is the meditation loft where she hosts community wellness meditations and ceremony gatherings for the moon. You will walk in with all the heaviness of life, and you leave feeling light and peaceful. You will not regret trying Gina and her services out <3
