“The massage is excellent. Cindy gives an amazing massage. The place is nice and very clean. The table is extremely comfortable. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that there is a number of interruptions. She will answer the phone for customers during the massage. This happens 1-3 times during a massage. She is quick and on the phone less then a minute. So it disrupts the serenity of the massage. And the doorbell can ring often. So if that is an issue then this isn't the place for you. But if that's ok for you it's an amazing massage.“

Gaby was absolutely wonderful and made me feel so comfortable especially at 37 weeks pregnant. She’s very easy to talk to and is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. She offers a pregnancy pillow that you can lay face down on that made me very comfortable the whole time even at this far along. I could’ve taken a nap there! The ambiance/music/lighting is also very relaxing and you walk out feeling very refreshed. Her hands are magical! Gaby even gave me 20% off to come back for a postpartum massage so will definitely be using that as an excuse to return! 10/10 would recommend :)“

“I highly recommend Swan Dive Center. I’ve been going for several months now and I love it there. I did Pilates previously but I sort of had a love hate relationship with it meaning I didn’t really like it but knew it was good for me. When I started going to Swan Dive that changed completely. I love the small class sizes (no more than 5 people) because you get individual attention which makes a big difference. They look at proper technique and if you need modifications. The instructors are excellent. Everyone is very friendly. And the studio is really nice and calming. They have 1 room for privates and 1 room for classes so you if you want 1-on-1, they offer that too!“

“I’ve been seeing Lixin for clinical massage, and I can’t recommend her enough! Lixin is incredibly skilled and always takes the time to understand my needs. I came to her not knowing exactly what to expect, but I knew I wasn’t looking for relaxation—I wanted relief from headaches, stiffness in my neck and shoulders, and some unexplainable aches and pains. Lixin uses a combination of techniques that specifically target my problem areas increasing the blood flow. Since I started seeing her in September 2024, I’ve only had a few headaches, and the tightness in my neck and shoulders is so much better and my knee pain is completely gone. She is truly working on my overall health and is a wealth of knowledge. I’ve even changed my eating habits based on her advice and have lost 20 pounds.

I came in with severe pain in my lower arm and knee after a fall, and the therapist knew exactly what to do. She found the blocked areas right away and used a perfect combination of pressure and essential oils to relieve the tension. My pain level dropped dramatically after just one session. “Wow! Had an amazing experience with Alina (sp) for a 90-minute massage. It was the foot massage that included head, neck, shoulders, legs, and back. I like medium to firm massages and she was wonderful. I usually have to ask the massage therapist to adjust pressure but I didn't have to at all with her. Usually a one-hour massage feels like it's never long enough for me and this was perfect.

It was super affordable. Basically 83 cents a minute, including a 26% tip! My only complaint was that the angle of my body during the foot soak was very uncomfortable because I was lying down with my knees bent at a 90-degree angle, feet in a bucket of water on the ground. It caused discomfort in my lower back. If the bucket were placed on a stool so that my feet would be more elevated, there would be less pressure on my lower back. I'll mention it next time. I'm definitely coming back!“

“I honestly cannot believe that this place has any negative reviews. As for those who read the negative reviews first, I'd like to say that this space is impeccable with cleanliness, pricing on their massages and the massages are always 11/10. I have been coming here for 2 years due to how amazing everyone here is. I have a very busy schedule and I cannot always make appointments, and they always are able to take me when I call. Not to mention they're open DAILY 10am-9pm. It's always clean, the music is very relaxing and the massage therapists have done wonders for me with postpartum back pain, arm and shoulder pain and sciatica problems. I am always so happy to come in and leave feeling like a completely new person. I always recommend them to all my people. They also give you a VIP card, get 5 massages and get 6th one free or something like that. I don't always tip, and I never get any bad treatment towards me. This place is for those of us who need an elbow to dig into the knots in our shoulders and strong hands to activate and soothe nerves in our feet. We have been looking for a new place for reflexology and clothed massages for a year. (You can look through my profile to see why we no longer go to an establishment in VH.) This might be our new go-to. For $39 you get an hour on a table, fully clothed, in a communal, dimly lit room. Half of the time is spent with reflexology on the feet and the rest of the time is on the rest of the body. You can ask for a softer touch, but my husband and I were looking for a place that knows how to use strong pressure. It was clean, and it appeared each client had fresh towels. We are crossing our fingers for a consistent experience.“
