Illinois Dental Center offers great service with kind and informative staff. The doctors are fabulous, very amazing, and highly professional. They are patient, understanding, and helpful with kids, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The office is very helpful and supportive, with excellent bedside manner. They do not upsell and are efficient, fitting patients in quickly if needed. Dr. Uppala meticulously checks x rays and depth of cavities, ensuring smoothness of teeth and comfort of bite. She explains insurance coverage and costs. Yulia always does perfect cleaning with a good attitude. Dr. Song provides a conservative and skilled approach, saving teeth without removing the nerve when possible. She takes time to explain everything clearly. Dr. Ruderman and her team are friendly and caring. All equipment is great quality. Appointments are efficient, and the clinic provides excellent recommendations.
Dr. Uppala is fabulous. She meticulously checks x rays, depth of cavities, and ensures smoothness of teeth and comfort of bite when filling cavities. She always checks what insurance covers and explains coverage costs during services and what insurance is left over for remainder of year. Her appointments are about 30-90 min and I came in multiple times (2ish bad cavities per visit) to fill 7+ cavities I had from prior poor dental services. All equipment here is great quality and staff are kind and informative. Would highly recommend
Great service. We are loyal clients of Yulia for many years already. She always does perfect cleaning. She always has a good attitude and is always down to talk about options and discuss concerns.
Very amazing work, office was very helpful and supportive. The doctors were so kind and patient and helpful with my kids, extremely grateful that they were so understanding and kind while getting their work done.
