“Wow— it a Rare occasion when I can walk out of a dental office feeling 100%— 100%— NOT judged by staff and dentist ( when I Should be judged!) ; with anything more than ‘I-barely-survived-that-and- I-can-go-home-to-Squishmellow -for-comfort Now’ feeling. Yes, I realize that dental and medical offices need to be Polite and Welcoming to their clients; have needed accreditation and qualifications; clean environment and adhere to rigorous safety standards. But I could Not in ‘any universe’ have expected Genuine care and concern that was Far above -and -beyond any ‘standard professionalism’/ given office politeness— from All the staff, Dr. Quezada, Cindy, Lisa, Courtney or bare minimum effort. It’s the Empathy — withOUT condoning any of the poor habits / neglect on My part that could have prevented or at least minimized my dental issues in first place— but EMPATY— that the staff shows that makes all the difference in the world. I have had my share of dental visits and I highly recommend Colonial Dental.“

“I take all 3 of my kids here (8, 4, & 2 yo) and 2 of mine are Neurodivergent. Dr. Morton and staff are so great. They are quick and efficient and put the kids at ease. Their last check up took about 35 minutes to see all 3 kids. Which was great!I have been coming here for a few years now, and my oldest had a very difficult time when we first started coming and the staff was super patient with us and didn't make me feel bad (when I already did). They also let me go back with my son, and didn't try to separate us, which I was super greatful for.Definitely consider them for your dentist!“
“I had a long list of bad experiences with Dentist in my life and even was a victim of a malpractice case from an early Dentist in Germany. So being fearful of Dentist is an understatement in my case. I needed extensive work done to fix what the malpractice case left me with. I thoroughly searched for a highly recommended Specialist and Dr Chou is just that. She is the most understanding and skilled Dentist I have ever came across with. She always makes time to listen to my worries and excels in her knowledge, professionalism and her beautiful heart to give the very best treatment to her patients. I could not be any happier to have found Dr Chou. My experience doesn't stop with Dr Chou. Her office staff is out of this world. I am no longer afraid to go to my appointments. I actually look forward to them. You are treated with the upmost respect and care and you will leave the office knowing you are taken care off. Another thing I want to point out is the honesty of Dr. Chou. My daughter was told she has multiple cavities and we found out from Dr Chou that this was not the case. She saved her from having unnecessary treatments done. Wow. Just wow . I can't say enough great things about Dr Chou and her staff and just wait till you see the office. Spotless clean and high tech . You can't go wrong by picking Prime Dental as your Provider. I have been through many and I can honestly say this is the best experience I have ever had. “I chipped my tooth suddenly and the jagged edge was literally lacerating the side of my tongue. Patridge Dental was able to see me right away. A very warm and polite dentist named Drew sanded down my tooth which brought me immediate relief. I was so grateful! The beautiful receptionist, named Stephanie, was very warm, courteous and professional. The office decor is quaint, cozy and calming. They even have a really cool grandfather clock that plays a lovely chime every hour. I felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time I was there. I was treated with the upmost dignity and respect by everyone there. The staff here are all rational, sane people; not indoctrinated, paranoid germophobes like my previous dentists staff were. Here they treat you like a human being, unlike my last dentists staff who treated me as if I were just a nasty, walking disease on legs. I am extremely blessed to have found this wonderful dentists office !!! I finally found a dentist that I know I would like to keep, long-term. Feeling very grateful.
