These guys saved the day for us after a weeks worth of torrential rains. Our sump pump completely went out and we started to back water up into our basement. They were able to get out within hours on a Saturday during a time when everyone else was calling for the same thing. Gino had us taken care of in less than an hour. Happy to call these guys for anything else in the future. (Edited for spelling)

I’ve been searching the Chicagoland universe for a good plumber. A plumber. A good old fashioned plumber.
After using two other plumbers to do work I found Excellent Plumbing.
Background story:
I wanted to have a new sump pump installed. The first two plumbers sent salesmen. First thing these fellas tried to do was sell me a subscription. I don’t want a subscription I just need a new sump pump installed. First guy tried to sell me a $10K sump pump. Nope. Ok. Also needed my water heater flushed (annual maintenance) and a drain unclogged. Cost? $1100. Nope. Second guy wanted $900 to unclog the drain. $900!!!!... read full review
Geno was very nice and explained everything that he would have to do putting in new drain tiles along with a sump pump which we don't currently have. So we are waiting for a quote.
