Their onsite manager Oleg completely turned my experience around! He listened to my concerns, apologized for his colleagues, and spent over two hours inspecting the entire system to ensure everything was running properly and smoothly. Oleg is very professional, great at communication, and explained everything clearly with helpful demonstrations. They even offered free winter maintenance, which he’ll personally perform. Thanks to his professionalism and dedication, they’ve earned my trust and business again! And I am glad the company takes their customers’ feedback seriously.
Oleg came out and fixed our space pack unit that we recently had installed. There was an issue with the electronics and he came out so quickly and was very friendly and got everything fixed!
