Have used Capps several times and have always had a positive experience. Had a plumbing emergency today. Called Capps a little after 2:00 PM and a technician arrived in about an hour. Item replaced by 4:00 PM. Tech was very nice, very professional, careful with my carpet, etc. Prices are competitive. Their personnel are always excellent and I would highly recommend Capps.
