Wynscape Health & Rehabilitation is a senior health service provider located in Wheaton, Illinois, near Naperville and Chicago. They offer skilled nursing home care for long-term needs and rehabilitation for short-term recovery. Wynscape is known for its responsive and helpful staff, including nursing and physical therapy teams. The staff are incredibly compassionate, attentive, and professional. This is the cleanest medical facility, always spotless and well-maintained. The physical and occupational therapists help patients regain strength. The nursing care is great and staff go above and beyond to assist. Families who have used Wynscape's rehabilitation services have given very positive feedback.
My grandmother completed rehab at Wynscape and it was a great experience! Staff were kind and helpful, and the therapy she received was great. I can’t believe the progress she made in a short amount of time!The administrative staff (admissions, social services) were very responsive and patient in helping my family understand the insurance coverage and discharge process. We had a very comprehensive care plan meeting during the first week with all of the department heads, which was very informative and detailed. I can’t say enough great things about this nursing home. The level of care provided to the residents is truly outstanding. The staff are incredibly compassionate, attentive, and professional. They treat every resident with respect and kindness, making them feel right at home.
The facility itself is always spotless and well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything from the meals to the medical care is handled with great attention to detail. It’s clear that the health and happiness of the residents are their top priorities.
