Have been bringing my daughter here for over six years now with Dr.Jao and she is amazing, now with a newborn It was a no brainer to choose her as a PCP again. Sometimes she is fully booked So you do have to make the appointments asap which is understandable and not a problem for us because whenever We’ve needed last minute care they always find someone in the office sometimes even the same day, everyone here is great ?
Every time we try to get our kids in there are never availabilities and they never remember to call back. I had to call 4 times before anyone would get back to me about getting in. Thought this was a one off but just happened again. Maybe they are understaffed?
This doctors office we love. However the three stars are for the VERY rude woman I spoke to yesterday when scheduling an appointment. Her name was Paige. Just so condescending and not kind. Debra today made the experience so much better. This woman deserves a pay raise because of how kind, reassuring, and understanding she was
