He was great! I was having decently bad back pain for about a week, he made some adjustments and gave me some exercises to do at home and not even 2 weeks later I had no pain at all!
We are so grateful for the excellent care we received from Dr Ashley. She is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and has a calming and empowering presence. She helped our daughter recognize her own strengths, and build new strengths in body and mind. Highly recommend.
My sore neck feels a lot better! I just finished a session today with Dr. Ashley Lederman and my soreness is gone. Dr Lederman has me doing a number of directed exercises, and today after my session and adjustment, my pain was immediately gone and I feel great! I highly recommend Dr. Ashley Lederman!
