I have been going to Caroline for almost 23 years. I've moved out of town twice and will still come back to visit for a haircut. She is fantastic!! She takes time to listen to what you want and makes suggestions based on her vast experience. I've had her do everything from ombré, bayalage, LOB cut, super long hair cut/style, and she's styled my hair for a school dance back in the day. There is never a dull or quiet moment while getting your hair done - Caroline is charismatic and easy to talk to. Highly recommend La Mode!

I have been here three times, each with a different stylist, and I have to say that I absolutely love it here! I have always gotten my hair highlighted and the results are always stunning. The stylists are very professional and friendly—they are extremely helpful in offering tips and recommendations regarding products that suite my hair’s needs. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to get my hair done. Definitely recommend!

I've been to top salons in NYC, Chicago, and Europe for balayage highlights for my straight, fine hair - and the color & cut Caroline just gave me was my favorite to date! It's a small salon, but nice & well-appointed. Caroline is the owner and is a warm & caring person - so the time spent in her chair is always a pleasure! Highly recommended for whatever hair process you need-she listens and then makes suggestions based on her many years of experience. .
