Our family has been seeing Dr. Giustino for the past 2 years and feel we have received excellent care. He is kind and answers all of my questions. He recently did a crown for me and I was very happy with his work. I have had 3 crowns in the past 20 years, and this was by far the most pain free and well fitting. His office staff is very nice and explains all charges prior to the procedure.

Nice front desk staff, but they never answer the phone. I would have given 5 stars if my previous dentist was still there. They had great, communicating staff. Now, not so much.The current dentist was poor. Missed a cavity when they already told me there were none. There was no communication about the status of my teeth. No communication about procedures.You need to call while they're open to get a call back. If you do so outside of office hours, they'll never return your call. It takes weeks to cancel appointments. The wait time for appointments is roughly 2 months, sometimes half a year!I would recommend you avoid this place now.
