Today I recieved a letter from Grove Dental in Wheaton stating from Dr Andrew Matta that my children were no longer welcome at Grove. Mind you we have Ben patients there for 12 years. Their reasoning per Sherry the office manager at the Wheaton location is because no payment has been made on my daughters braces since 2022, in which I have a contract with them and they are suppose to charge my card monthly but THEY have not. once I brought up "why is that my fault", then I was told that because we did not have a procedure done by an oral surgeon that is another reason we were let go. it was a suggested procedure, I was not aware that we were being forced to have something...read full review

The office just called me 2 days before my appointment to cancel, and the only options that I was offered was tomorrow, or January when they had already delayed me from a 6 month appointment to a 7 month appointment, I work in healthcare and the patients always come first even if we need to work late to make it work, this is very poor customer service on their part and really shows a lack of caring about their patients.
