I have used Borter Heating and AC for the last 30 plus years. They are a great company and I highly recommend them for their quality, knowledge of the equipment, timeliness, and people. A major issue with my furnace was discovered during a routine check. Cost of repair was roughly 50% of a new furnace - and the repaired one would still be 12 years old. They were able to put a new furnace into my house within the week. Great company!
I can’t say enough good things about this company. I enjoy having them come to my house because they appreciate my business and operate with a set standard of customer service. Who ever is in charge keep it up. Had Pete come out to install thermostat for me. Had Andy before. They are always respectful of my home. Not bothered by my dog being curious. Lucky us! Borter Heating & Air Conditioning (BHAC) came recommended to us by the sellers of our new home. Since 2018 each BHAC technician/employee has always been professional, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. BUT nothing compares to the work they performed last spring on the AC unit installed by a home warranty company contractor last summer. BHAC discovered an endless list of issues that needed repairing. They returned several times to fix the problems and ensure the unit was running correctly. Ability, perseverance, conscience … Each technician went above and beyond! They even fixed our outdoor spigot.
