I had an excellent experience at America’s Best, and a big part of that was thanks to the manager Dominic! Dominic was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and valued as a customer. It’s rare to see leadership that is so hands-on and genuinely cares about both customers and staff. I highly recommend this location (Wheaton) because of the outstanding management and customer service.
I've been going to the Wheaton store forever. The service there is great. I recently moved to Oswego and thought I would use their store. The Oswego store had the most lousy service I have ever received. Read my review that I wrote on the Oswego review board. I will drive the 45 minutes and go back to Wheaton for the best service I have ever received. This great service is not just from the doctor but also their support staff. I had purchased my glasses from Oswego and the glasses broke after 6 months. I went to Wheaton to have them fixed. I’ve been a few times now and they’re awesome here! The reception staff is really nice, the eye testers are great and patient with eye exams, and the doctor is really thorough with making sure your lenses are the right ones. I had to come back after not super long because I work with fine details so my vision got worse, and they made sure my new lenses worked well and let me keep my old frames. 10/10!
