I adopted by pup and kitties from here biscuit and frodo and sam I added a photo of sausage who is still up for adoption on arfs website and is biscuit la brother who she was found with! We love biscuit to pieces Iām sure sausage is just as great sausage is the one in the office with a multi colored face
We had a great experience adopting our furbaby, Muffin, in 2023. ARF was prompt, friendly, and diligent about checking our references which we appreciated! Our pup's foster mom was wonderful too! They provide a lot of information and support to new adopters. This is a well-run, very caring organizaion. We would happily adopt again from ARF when we're ready! Highly recommend! š¾
Back in 2023, I ended up with 2 mama cats and 4 kittens that needed homes. They were abandoned in an apartment after a family member's former friend moved out and left them there. I contacted over a dozen rescues for help with finding them homes since we couldn't keep them all indefinitely. When I was starting to lose hope, Michelle from ARF got back to me. She set it up to get all the cats spayed/neutered, and even kept them at her house temporarily after their procedures so I could pick them up after work since I live about an hour from Wheaton.
