Urgent Care Center of Westmont

Came in w/ a sliced pinky. Kelly the Np and her team were amazing! The level of care and compassion I received was astounding. Received 4 stitches, bleeding wouldn't stop because I'm on a blood thinner. Kelly made it work, thank you guys! I appreciate the genuine care & hospitality. I didn't wait long, facility is clean & staff was genuine friendly & professional. Highly recommend!

This was my second visit the experience was top notch i was there for chronic dry eye and to check for a possible trapped contact, the nurse took my vitals and took down all- -information I provided with care and
Also asked very good questions she was kind and funny.
The nurse practitioner herself was exceptionally kind and exceptionally competant she even checked on two previous injuries she had treated! my relatively mild but still irritating and signifigantly painful eye issues she handled very professionally quickly and thoroughly. She asked several very pertinent and important questions and explained everything she was doing and why, she also explained what it might feel like or how it may effect how I feel. Even with my issue being more uncommon among urgent care issues she provided very important information offered me very good advice telling me about the quality and consistancy of all the eye drop brands she knew and optical dry eye treatments for overnight that I will now be trying tonight!
She even checked for other issues on the tissue itself checking if my eyes had any small cuts bruising or abrasions overall an excellent experience I would happily return again and found the experience wonderful. :)

Making the appointment and checking in was super easy. The nurse practitioner Stephanie was knowledgeable and helpful.

Fast service efficient service and I felt well taken care of

We've been to a few urgent sites over the years but this one has the best staff. They've stapled my kid's head, supported us with swimmers ear and wax removals, countless strep/flu/covid tests. They make getting meds when needed simple, but also don't over prescribe. In the last year, we've seen the NP, Kelly a couple times and she's phenomenal, wonderful bedside skills.

Best immediate care experience I've had. Both doctors were great. I don't remember one of the doctors name but she was very thorough in cleaning out my ears and Maddie was very kind and helpful. She put me on a path to quite nasal spray when that wasn't why I was even there. All doctors should be more like this.AA++

Signifigantly Injured my toe was able to schedule an appointment immediately and easily! the first visit signin was very easy and quite streightforward! the wait was very short and I was quickly seen by a nurse who took my vitals and confirmed the issue at hand. the nurse practitioner was very kind helpful and charismatic she explained everything well and helpfully she quickly got my injury explained! inspected the site thoroughly for any complications and imaged the site cleanly this was all very efficient! And to top it all off she brought up another semi unrelated injury to assure It was stable and not infected and did an excellent job inspecting and then treating the wound she also assured I had a better antibiotic to treat and maintain the injury until it healed! Overall the visit was exceptional and the staff were very kind I would go here over any other urgent care happily.

The place is amazing because of all the people that work there. I am blessed to have them around, friendly staff, awesome attitude!!!
