It's a shame that when work is offered that would have netted this painter nearly $2,000 IN ONE DAY, that he will commit to it then simply never show up.
That doesn't qualify as a professional business ethic.
I guess it's better that he had Worker's Remorse instead of us having Buyer's Remorse after the fact. If I had not called to verify that he was going to show up to do the job, we might have been left high and dry.
We are a company well respected in the city and in the industry, and we don't just offer work to anyone. I guess we have to continue raising our standards.

Outstanding woodwork had been done by Jacek in our house. He restored our kitchen and library wall. Jacek is a talented artist with brilliant hands and heart! He is a perfectionist and go far beyond with the project. I will recommend Jacek with full confidence to everyone!
