I started at perfect workout after several surgeries. I was not strong and felt defeated. Matthew motivated and encouraged me. His patience and expertise has me strong and confident. I'm very appreciative!

I have been working with Matthew at Westmont PW for a while now. I am 47. I started this program almost a year after a broken femur and pt. This helped me get stronger. I was then diagnosed with osteoporosis after another break in my acetabulum. After a hiatus, I went back to Matthew at PW and feel stronger, have more stamina, confidence and feel safer in my body. He is a great coach that has fitness knowledge, is a great motivator, and is kind. I honestly don't think I would be as confident and safe with out having Matthew and the PW team in my corner. I highly reccomend.

The pandemic, and the recommendation of a friend, started MyTPWorkout committment. I've worked with Candace, a warm, enormously knowledgeable trainer who has "bent over backwards" to make the trainings, the relationship, the program work for me! I am indebted. Overall, I am clearly stronger for activities in my daily life. As an older adult, I supplement with walking several times a week and a bit of stretching/strengthening, but feeling that, what I call "noodly", physical sensation at the end of my session tells me every time that I'm challenging myself and giving myself a gift. Thank you to Candace, and to The Perfect Workout!
