“All of the staff from Dr Smith, PA Sondra, to the nurses at the center were exceptional. Dr Smith spent the time explaining the procedure (knee replacement) clearly and knowledgeably with plenty of time for questions. The PA Sondra did an amazing job getting me prepared and discussing aftercare. The anesthesiologist was also good explaining what he was doing and why. The receiving nurse Heather was very thorough, friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the procedure. The next nurse Kana or Cana helped a lot in going over what would happen to put me at ease. The PT person Erika was even more than exemplary. Her knowledge, professionalism, and ability to work with me to get up walking was off the charts. One of the best PT people I’ve ever worked with. The entire Duly experience was the best outpatient surgery I’ve ever had- light years away from my last knee replacement. Truly outstanding.”
