I’ve had such a wonderful experience here so far. Everyone in the office is so kind, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Manney is so knowledgeable and incredibly thorough; he takes the time to explain everything, review X-rays in detail, and answer any questions. Since this was my first time seeing a chiropractor, that meant a lot to me.
I have a desk job and knew my posture probably wasn’t great, but my headaches had become so frequent and painful that I knew I needed to do something. After just a couple weeks, I’ve already noticed my headaches improving, and I really credit Dr. Manney’s adjustments for that.

The entire IRC practice is amazing from the amazing ladies at the front desk to the PT experience to Dr Manney. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable. I feel so confident that they know how to treat all my ailments and know that I’m in good hands at all times. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have “a guy/girl” for everything.
I have been going to Dr. Manney as needed for the last 3 years. This practice helps me manage my low back pain and sciatica with massage, corrections, stim, and heat. Now that I’m in my pregnancy era, my sciatica is more consistent. Alyssa and Dr. Manney have been supporting me with physical therapy and corrections. I have done 7 weeks of physical therapy and I feel the best I’ve felt during my pregnancy. These professionals help me feel strong and comfortable. Plus, the staff is extremely personable and kind!
