Great experience with Hearthstone Heating & Air Conditioning. They were honest, reliable, and very professional. A lot of companies immediately try to push you into buying a brand new unit, but they actually took the time to diagnose the issue and see if it could be serviced instead. I really appreciated their transparency and willingness to fix the problem rather than upsell unnecessary equipment. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust. Recommended by a friend. On a super cold day rhe heat went out on our very old system. Pete arrived and found a creative way to restart the system. It was pleasure to work with him.
Peter was very professional, polite, and very thorough. I needed my thermostat changed and he made sure everything worked properly before leaving. I would recommend Hearthstone for all your furnace problems.
