My first float at GoPolar Wellness Spa was amazing. The tank is huge, so I never felt claustrophobic, and the tank itself is completely silent and dark—total sensory deprivation. I loved that there was a floating ball with a light to ease me into the darkness, and within 15 minutes, I was floating peacefully, totally relaxed.
Joanna, the owner, explained everything so clearly and made sure I felt comfortable before I even stepped into the tank. The spa is spotless and feels really well cared for, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.

Great results and friendly staff. I was told I’d need surgery by a couple doctors and decided to do cryotherapy on my hip instead. 10 sessions completed and hip has been pain free for a few months now!

Wow !!! This was my first Float Therapy experience and it was PURE BLISS.... .it was total relaxation and calm. My heart was overwhelmed with joy as I indulged in my self care treatment. The atmosphere of the spa was peaceful and we were greeted with hospitality. Thank you Go Polar for an amazing experience!! I can't wait to come back !!
