Just had my first localized cryotherapy treatment on my knee. I've never done cryotherapy before. Only have done ice plunges so was assuming it was going to be terrible like that 😂. Was actually very relaxing. The whole experience was great. Joanna, the owner, was very friendly. They use a temperature gun to ensure they are sufficiently cooling the targeted area. Knee feels great. Overall this was a great experience.
