Out of all the LA TAN locations I’ve visited, this Downers Grove location is by far the best. It’s the cleanest location I’ve been to, the staff is always incredibly kind, and the salon itself feels updated and chic. I actually drive out of my way just to come to this location because the experience is consistently better here.

Emily is amazing, and you can truly feel the difference when she’s there. She even pointed out that my tanning lotion had expired and took the time to show me the difference in the consistency and coloring of a non expired lotion. Emily and the team are amazing! This is by far the best LA Tan location around. The salon is always clean, welcoming, and friendly. I actually go out of my way just to come to this location because the service is consistently that good. Highly recommend!

This salon is very clean everytime I walk in the girls are are not just sitting on their phones and dont talk to you like other locations they are always cleaning and say hi to me when I walk in and are very friendly and will answer all my questions. Angelina( i think is her name lol) is the one that signed me up and has always been super helpful and is always cheerfull with good customer service and recongizes me and says hi. Def recommend this location! Definitely would use this location for other services as well!
