I hurt my lower back playing golf 20+ years ago. I tried many things over the years including deep tissue massage, physical therapy and herbal treatment with little effect. The pain increases when I stand or sit for a long time, or when weather changes. My daughter hurt her shoulders and had been going through physical therapy for 7 months since Feb. but kept complaining about her right shoulder. She could not even lift her bow for violin practice.
