I had a seamless experience ordering windows from Dilworth. We talked about several different options on window styles, configurations, and options for purchasing 1-4 windows with pricing. I am so happy with the quality of window that was installed! It enhanced the house and they're very energy efficient - a much needed upgrade. Will be purchasing again!

We purchased 5 windows from Dilworth Windows. The entire process was extremely profession, no high pressure to buy, communication was easy, their proposal went into great detail describing the windows which some others did not as I had to do some research to make an apples-to-apples comparison with other proposals. Salesman Casey arrived on time, was knowledgeable, friendly a pleasure to deal with throughout the process including our visit to their office to discuss options. We chose the Lindsay Pinnacle windows as we felt there were a high-quality vinyl window at a fair price. We chose Dilworth Windows as they were Consumer Checkbook’s highest rated DuPage County window installer and their 4.9-star average rating on Google. You can buy great windows but if they aren’t installed properly, you’re not getting what you paid for. Alex and Mark, our installers, were excellent, covering the floors and work areas with tarps, drafts won’t be an issue as they insulated around the windows with non-expanding foam insulation and fiberglass stuffing. They worked steady all day long and the new windows were the only way you could tell they were there. I highly recommend Dilworth Windows as they did a 5-star job for us..

I hired Dilworth to replace my windows in a condo I had purchased. I called quite a few window companies and Dilworth seemed to be the best. I wasn’t wrong - they were the best! Their reputation was solid. I wanted a company that had a history of doing this type of work, with good reviews and would still be in business for awhile. The installers were total professionals that also had been with the company for years — true craftsmen.
Not every company can do replacement windows for condos — I learned it depends on the size of the building and what floor you live on, compliance with condo association rules, city building codes and permissions.
From the initial call, the owner/salesman, office staff and installers were extremely knowledgeable, supportive, patient and courteous. They listened to my questions, explained everything and suggested the wood that would best match my existing woodwork. Windows that face west and south have different exposure to the weather than windows that face east and north. The new windows that were installed have cut down on the traffic noise and cold air. Very happy and satisfied. You owe it to your self to talk to and visit the Dilworth showroom.

I've been in construction all my life so when I wanted to have new windows put in my house I did my research and I had three companies come out and give me bids, The first two companies were good but nowhere is near as good as Dilworth windows! My wife and I we're not only impressed with their showroom and sales people but the workers they sent out to install the windows, Jerry and Karen Dilworth are great people to do business with, and their staff Casey and Lisa in sales and the office we're great to deal with also! We had Dilworth put our windows in almost 20 years ago. Recently we had an issue with one of them and we are so happy with how they handled the situation. Lisa was awesome from the first call to the last… parts were ordered and Mark came to do the repair. What a wonderful company even after all these years! Such great customer service and a company you can depend on!
