Do not work for this company. The administration brags about turnover. The staff says there “scared to speak up in fear that they will be fired. I would not recommend this company at all

Bad experience: inconsistent service, no return calls, no followup. I received very good services for several months, then the nurse stopped cutting my nails-- claimed she never had (?) but said her service could arrange for a podiatrist, also covered by medicare/insurance. That was fine but they offered me a date that didn't work, I called back; they kept promising but no followup. The nurse was wonderful, but she could not keep a weekly schedule; she does not drive, so relies on a driver, and has to cover clients across the entire city.. I’m the daughter of Vanessa Nelson. I received a call today 07/22/2020 telling me that my mom has been billed since 06/22/2020. How is my mom being billed for something I didn’t sign up for her. I have all paperwork from her Real Home Care Health Service 6/13/2020. How is my mom being billed from Apex when I Never signed nothing from Apex. Who’s been signing my mom name from that company. I’ve already left my name and number on Apex voicemail. I’ve called and nobody answers the phone. ......This ain’t no type of way to be doing business playing with people health. So I need to know who at Apex signed for my mom to have services for them???
