This is my first time ever doing this kind of service. I was pretty skeptical at first because I am handing over my own personal and dear memories to a stranger. However Al's re assurance and communication kept me at ease. He has transfer at least 20 mini videos into files with great resolution. He has done a remarkable job. Im 100% satified with his work.
