Showed up to this location bc the one on Roosevelt & Summit was "closed" (?). We were greeted by a lady that assured us that walk ins are welcome but since there are no appointments available, they could not see us. IOW, walk ins are not really a thing for them.Also, they display the "CLOSED" sign so people that have an appointment do not sign in again. Not sure if they understand the use of such sign. No alternatives offered or humanity for that matter. I wish I hadn't bothered to even think of going there.

I stopped there this morning because I had a sore throat. I checked in at the kiosk, and when finished, it gave me a message saying the clinic may have too many patients today and it’s possible I might not be seen and that someone would be out to talk to me.There was a closed sign, saying they would return at 9:00. This was at 10:45. I sat in the chair for 20 minutes. No one else was there. No one. Not one other patient. No one came out to talk to me. I was invisible. Go to a real urgent care. This one is not worth wasting your time on.
