I’ve tried several different F45 fitness centers, and F45 Hinsdale is truly on another level compared to the rest. The energy and atmosphere are incredible, so motivating from the moment you walk in. Every workout feels intentional, challenging, and fun. The coaches are all top-level: knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping you push yourself while keeping great form.

After years of raising my boys and working out at home, it’s been SO nice to get out of the house and back into a workout class environment. The trainers at F45 (Willie especially) know how to push you to your potential and the community has been amazing!

F45 Hinsdale/Western Springs is the best. The coaches always welcome you, motivate you and show that they genuinely care about you. The whole community is supportive and driven - I always look forward to walking through those doors.
