Always an excellent massage, no matter who is the therapist. Front desk staff are always friendly and they have nice amenities like tea, mints and water for after the massage. It is pricey without the membership but I enjoy having the membership and knowing there's always a massage waiting for me when I want one!

Elements really was a wonderful experience, I used to work there more than ten years ago. But nothing has changed. Relaxing atmosphere and therapists that really take care of issues you talk about! I had Carissa and my wife had Dawn Marie. Both phenomenal at their craft!
