About LA Fitness
LA Fitness offers many amenities at an outstanding value. Gym amenities may feature state-of-the-art equipment, basketball, group fitness classes, pool, saunas, Kids Klub, personal training, and more! The managers are very helpful, friendly, and understanding when helping customers get a membership or answering questions. The place is well-kept, and the people are awesome and welcoming, especially the front desk staff. However, some customers have noted that the gym's cleanliness could be improved, with concerns about dusty floors and equipment that appears dated and dirty. The sauna is turned off an hour and a half before closing, which some customers find inconvenient. Overall, the gym has great equipment for anyone looking to lose weight or gain muscle, and the staff, including PJ, are always ready to help.
Clean facility and equipment is pretty much clean and whenever repairs are happening it usually doesn't take long, a welcoming atmosphere, and some of the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcoming however I had a couple experiences with some of the staff that while their working out don't make me use certain equipment with the excuse that they will use it. (Not trainers) The guy name Jose is who I notice had that behavior to other people in the facility But I still believe this place will improve specially when it comes to customer service.
Stave has been an incredible instructor and mentor throughout my weight loss journey. His patience and understanding of my limitations have helped me overcome my fears and build my confidence. I’m truly grateful for his support, and I always look forward to his training sessions.
As a member of the West Dundee location. I could definitely say that I’ve been coming to this gym ever since it opened. Management at this club is incredible and friendly. He takes pride in his gym. Recently I noticed hierarchy has been visiting the club and from what I could tell, criticizing on the cleanliness. I personally feel there’s other areas they need to focus on. Don’t worry so much about a clean floor and maybe worry about that. A lot of the equipment is 13 years old, rusty and falling apart. Us members want new equipment every so often.
