The managers are very helpful, friendly, and understanding when helping customers get a membership or answering questions. The place is well-kept, and the people are awesome and welcoming, especially the front desk staff. However, some customers have noted that the gym's cleanliness could be improved, with concerns about dusty floors and equipment that appears dated and dirty. The sauna is turned off an hour and a half before closing, which some customers find inconvenient. Overall, the gym has great equipment for anyone looking to lose weight or gain muscle, and the staff, including PJ, are always ready to help.
