What a breath of fresh air to find a doctor in this day and age who actually cares about his patients. A lot of medical personnel I have encountered in the last couple years have been only focused on getting you in and out and giving you a prescription to yet another drug or referral to a specialist. Dr. Bauer and his staff are welcoming, friendly, kind and professional. I have been going to West Chicago Family Chiropractic for a few months now for lower back pain and chiropractic maintenance. I experienced a pain in my lower back as bad I hardly could move.During the night woke up from it and thought I have to throw up, just couldn't take the pain.Everyone suggested to go and see the doctor.I couldn't imagine to move, how could I go and see a doctor? Dr. Bauer is a god send! I've been going to him for almost a year and have had more improvement with my lower back than I ever have while seeing specialists and various medications. This is my first time seeing a Chiropractor and it was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Bauer and his staff are friendly and caring, and the office is comfortable and clean. When it comes to treatment, Dr. Bauer is very knowledgeable and caring, and explains the treatments in a way that makes sense and is easy to understand. As a patient I feel like I'm part of the family at West Chicago Family Chiropractic and I would never even think about seeing anyone else.
