We just completed a basement renovation with Synergy Builders. I can't say enough good things about their company and their work. They finished our basement and added a full bathroom. They have good people that are attentive and hard working. Our questions were always addressed. The project was on time and on budget. Shout out to Mel our designer, Will our construction manager and Mason, the asst construction manager. It was a pleasure working with them!
We love our new hallway bathroom and enjoyed working with Synergy. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. I could keep track of plans, schedules, billing statements, etc. via the Builder Trend app but could also reach key members of the team via email, text and phone, which was much appreciated.
Our designer Mel did an excellent job! I had a strong vision for what I wanted for our bathroom, and Mel sought to understand my ideas and made very helpful suggestions. We had extensive remodeling done to our home by Synergy Builders and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project included modifications to both the first and second floors, replacement to alter two stairways, the addition of a master bath, converting a half bath to a full bath, adding an upstairs laundry, and installing hardwood floors throughout. From start to finish, the quality of work was outstanding—especially in the materials and quality of construction in plumbing, framing, and plumbing that wind up hidden behind the drywall.
