Bought a new house that the previous owner used lrs . Attempted to renew the service. They are impossible to get ahold of . So I got another company. Now they are still impossible to get ahold of for them to get their garbage cans. Good luck getting ahold of anyone.
12 days ago the LRS truck broke down at the end of my driveway blocking any attempt for me to safely back out. After an hour I had to leave for work and the driver tried to assist me to back out using my neighbors driveway as ours are connected. In doing so I scratched the side door and rear panel on the mailbox but that was my only way to get out. I called LRS and spent an hour on hold and told they would look into it and get back to me. I waited 6 days and called back only to be put on hold again for 30 minutes but no one responded. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
Skipped pick up at my house for 4 weeks. I had to call 5 times and be put on hold for hours. When the man finally came to pick it up he was extremely rude and condescending after I thanked him. Then he laughed in my face.
