“As a teen during the pandemic I was left with the impression that obtaining my permit would be nearly impossible. Luckily, with a quick google search I was able to find Top Driver. Top Driver's online learning curriculum is second to none. Additionally, the program being asynchronous allowed me to do the work whenever I had time (A major plus for students everywhere). After completing the curriculum I was easily able to pass the permit test. When it came to the drive times I was very nervous because I had never driven before. Luckily, I was blessed to have Mr. S during the majority of my lessons. Driving with Mr. S is the best experience a new driver can receive, he was very kind and talkative which made the entire interaction very comforting. Likewise, his ability to teach in car skills will have any teen confident on the road. Overall, absolutely great experience, especially driving with Mr.S.“

They don’t just show you how to get your cdl license, they show you the ins and outs of the industry. They give you all the information you need to know from the moment you sign up. From the pre trip, to your skills and road driving. It was a long journey and a 45 minute commute to this school, at the end everything paid off! Thank you to the owner, the front office and the instructors for all the knowledge and information that I received! “Great program for my teen. Only difficult thing is getting the drives scheduled - you have to text the instructors. Seems crazy there is not a website to do this. Excel corporate was very helpful in getting the driving hours in before my son turned 16. Also helped navigate the actual license process. Recommend taking the driving test at Excel!“

“Rich for Top Driver was my son’s teacher. He was a great teacher, taught him good driver techniques and tips. Very passionate about helping his students learn the etiquette of the road and had great examples when teaching the kids of real life situations!
