So today my son has appointment for behind wheel and they cancelled two hour before, but when you need to cancel your appointment they want 24 hours noticeLast time we were late 15 min due bad weather they said that’s considered no call no show and I have to pay them $60 to schedule him for further classes. And I called twice and left messages no call back yetBut the other day when I called and left message that we are going to be late at the location due weather they call me back right away with in five to ten minutes and said “oh that’s our policy 15 min late no call no show, when you need to cancel give 24 hours notice.”

Horrible, they have no availability for driving and observation sessions months out and are charging me an additional $150 dollars to extend. Their schedule availability is impossible if you have a child playing sports or any other activities.

Not enough instructors and they take on too many students. Their system to schedule in car drives is setup to make you pay an extension fee because you won't be able to complete all the drives before the deadline.
