Gil was my service rep. He was very polite, knowledgeable and, in addition to servicing my furnace, he went out of his way to rectify my summer a/c install concern. Blue Frost - he's a keeper as are all the service reps I've had servicing my unit.
We have been a customer of Blue frost for a few years now. This week we were in need of a new furnace and the Blue Frost team did a great job! From the salesperson, Ryan, to the installation technicians as well as the follow up from home office it was an exceptional experience! We remain loyal to Blue Frost and can t thank them enough for keeping our home comfortable and safe!
So after all this, the new technicians came in and advised me to remove the humidifier because it was making my furnace overheat. Wish the first technician who installed it would have told me the same. My furnace now works great and the new technician was very helpful at explaining everything they did.
