I worked with 3 therapists in total (namely Samir, Jess, & Gino), and they all asked me questions about my lifestyle and activities so my healing could be centered on ensuring I can continue doing what I enjoy to do. When I’ve done exercises, they always maintained a careful eye on me to guide my form and posture. These special steps are often overlooked by less-effective therapists who feel they’re doing their jobs so long as their patients are physically moving with ordinary exercises. I also really appreciated the fact that my lead therapist, Samir, designed an at-home improvement routine since he knew I was moving shortly after my scheduled appointments and I wouldn’t be able to come back for more sessions if my pain ever came back.
