I came into BodyWorks with a shoulder impingement from a head and neck surgery. I couldn’t lift my hand above my shoulder without extreme pain and couldn’t sleep well at night.Bodywork’s gave me a full exam, put together a care plan and guided me to recovery.Stretching, strengthening, some anti inflammatory injections, core strengthening, chiropractic adjustments and care, periodic testing for strength and flexibility along with hands on motivation and supervision have brought me to a point of recovery that I would not have imagined or been able to accomplish on my own.After a few weeks I was able to sleep thru the night without anti inflammatory or pain meds....read full review
