All of the mind numbing logistics of who to notify and when, all of those “life and death” decisions that you hope you never have to sit through were compassionately addressed and clearly explained to us.
The funeral service in the chapel was so very lovely. There was warmth, some tears , more laughter and even Joy! As we spent time together there was a beautiful slideshow of my mom and a playlist of music and playing throughout. Sheelage and her team are exceptional at what they do.
If this “time” comes again in our family we will not hesitate to return to Glueckert to help us navigate one of the toughest times we all will inevitably encounter. They are simply an outstanding group of people. And they have our deepest Gratitude.”
