Honestly it was a great experience, except for the man that took my appointment and check me in. He said that I needed to fill out the patient paperwork before the appointment. That he sent me a text with that information, well I did not receive that. I tried showing him I didn’t receive a text from the Dr office and just dismissed me. He said “yes, I did send it to you.” But like in a mocking tone. My mouth kinda dropped because I didn’t receive it and I was offended that he didn’t believe me. I get it like it probably happens a lot where people don’t care to fill it out. I genuinely didn’t receive it and it was embarrassing the way he talked to me.

Impossible to make an appointment as they don't call back when they say they will the same day and they don't accept monila Medicaid and Medicare only one who does is Carle

They say there open on Sundays online I went there they are not open on Sundays.They just updated their online thing 3 weeks ago, they need to re update it saying they are still closed on Sundays.
