Would have gone for less stars if I could. Terrible service. Intermittent outage. If you call them to report a problem, which every other apartment is facing in the building, they tell you that its a $100 charge for a tech visit. Plain and simple rip-off.

Great Service, I have been a computer customer of Volo Internet & Technology Solutions for several years. I have found the service extraordinarily good. Weekdays, and sometimes on weekends and evening. they can dial into my computer and get me going right away at a more than fair price. Call for all your computer service needs. L.A.

Never in my life have I ever had to deal with the most uncommunicative company in my life. We have been in business for 30 years and never would we ever treat our customers or clients this bad. If we never returned a customer's phone call I am sure we would have heard some how about it. Well VOLO BROADBAND out of Urbana is the most sickening internet that I have ever dealt with. The OWNER/CEO does not care about his customers. He will not return a email from Nov 1st about my router. So I called multiple times today about when the ETA is on my 10 am apt for no internet that we lost at 130-2 pm yesterday.
