I’ve been going to Tricoci University Salon since 2022, and up until now, I’ve had really good experiences. Unfortunately, my last visit was far from positive. The student who cut my hair didn’t do it the way I asked because of the miss guidance from the instructor and on top of that, there was a pricing miscommunication, and I ended up being overcharged. I get that the students are still learning, but I do expect the supervising teacher to ensure that things are done correctly.

I went to get my hair done with Juanita, and I got a wash, blow dry, deep condition, and a trim. She did an amazing job doing my hair and she was so gentle. She accessed my scalp and she was very attentive. The atmosphere was nice as well on the floor.
I went there to have my hair color done first time ever doing something to my hair! I love how Maggie was nice and paying attention and explaining to me like a a baby of the steps she's was going to do! And her teacher Mrs.T she was nice and being there when Maggie needbher advice! I am happy and love with my new look!!
