I don't live in the area but bought my dress there since that is where my family is. I reached out to Jeannie via a phone call and she texted me immediately after. I had to change the appointment several times because my wedding was during the COVID 19 pandemic. Jeannie was super responsive via text and was willing to work with us to find a time for me to come in. She was able to alter my dress after I took it in. I wasn't able to pick it up in person and was nervous it wouldn't fit but when I put it on the day of my wedding it fit absolutely perfect! She did an awesome job. My mom and sister also got theirs altered with Jeannie the same time I did and she did exactly what we needed and asked for. All three of ours looked super good!
