I agree with the other reviewers here. Sarah is the best! She cares about what is going on with you holistically, wants to know how you're moving your body and where you may experiencing pain or issues, but also respects and uses her own body, thus providing empathy and SOUL when she designs/customizes and implements the massage. She just "gets" the human body and is extremely personable and down-to-earth. She does not just provide massages based on a routine, it really feels personalized and she will also provide wonderful tips/advice to potentially prevent injury or at least inspire some mindfulness for when you're out in your normal life between... read full review

Words cannot describe the experience I get from Sarah's sports massages. My muscles get WORKED in the best way. She also provides everyday body movement and restoration recommendations for your specific needs. 10/10 experience every time.

I had been seeing Sarah for a couple years for the occasional and traditional massage that always left me feeling renewed and invigorated. But last year I injured myself pretty badly and that’s when I learned just how knowledgeable and great she really is. After six months of physical and occupational therapy with very little gains I went to see her again. After explaining to her the recent injury she immediately dived in and did her magic. I had ten times the mobility and relief within just minutes of her massaging me! I now have use of my shoulder and neck and thought that might not be possible anymore. Thank you Sarah from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
