“My neck/back were bothering me so I made a same-day appointment via texting their number and got scheduled in. I had a 30-min back/neck massage and like other reviewers, had a first round of massage through a sheet (I didn't mind it). I didn't realize how tight my back was as within seconds my back cracked (amazing!) as the pressure was just right! Then I got a scalp massage followed by oils and hot stones. They protect your hair with a towel from getting too oily during the oil massage. After, they wipe off the oils with a warm towel. While it was just the back/neck massage, they still were able to work briefly on legs/glutes/feet so it felt more holistic. I have been there for longer massages and they were also just right! I recommend especially if you are in a pinch for time and can't wait for a little tension relief...They are also very, very nice, and give you water afterwards!
