The Quality Plumbing crew arrived on time and diagnosed and repaired the leak quickly. The cut a nice clean opening in the drywall just big enough to make the full repair. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!
They didn’t install our kitchen garbage disposal properly. Paid $200 for parts and $200 for labor. Should’ve just done it by myself. Rubber sealant got loose after five months, causing huge water damage. Still waiting for a resolution.
Update: they quickly dispatched someone to our property and inspected everything after receiving my complaint. After examining the pipes and damaged parts, they immediately agreed to repair it under warranty. They also taught me how to use the device with greater care to prevent it from happening again. So overall, I think they are trustworthy folks and would recommend their service.
Quality Plumbing did an excellent job repairing my leaking pipe. It was a difficult repair due to the location of the pipe but he was able to make short work of it. I will definitely call Quality Plumbing the next time I need help!
